Terms and conditions of the Service

The simple acceptance of the purchase by confirming the order placed implies that you accept these conditions, which will govern, in the absence of particular conditions, the relationship established between you and ESPAI LACONTRA SL.

1. Acceptance and validity of the Conditions of Sale

4. Cancellation of orders

ESPAI LACONTRA SL reserves the right to cancel orders made based on typographical or arithmetic errors or that contain an imprecise shipping address that may make it difficult to deliver the items.

5.Delivery time

The shipping address entered during the ordering process (finalize purchase) will be considered correct. ESPAI LACONTRA SL will not be responsible for those orders that do not reach their destination due to user error.

5.1. Shipments to Spain (peninsula): the courier company used for these shipments is UPS, with a formal and operational commitment of : approximately 1-2 business days from the confirmation of payment of your order.

5.2. Shipments to Europe: the company used for these shipments is PS : approximately 4-5 business days from the confirmation of payment of your order. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service. All delivery times are calculated for purchases made before 5:00 p.m. For purchases made later, you will have to count one more day. 6.Payment method

ESPAI LACONTRA will accept the following forms of payment for purchases made on its portal in accordance with the conditions established here and in the corresponding applicable regulations. 6.1. 7. Shipping costs

Shipments are made by courier service. 2. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges. Taxes generated at destination will always be paid by the recipient. 3. For shipments outside the EU: In some cases, shipments may be subject to taxes and / or customs duties. In most cases, fees are charged at the time of package delivery, although you may receive a notification in the mail asking you to go in person to pay these fees in order to receive your package. The prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

10.Complaining orders

If you do not receive the shipment after the delivery period indicated above, please contact us ( contact@lacontraroom.com or call +34 960083516 during store hours) and we will immediately make the claim to the carrier. If you have chosen the option of shipping with Correos, it only accepts claims after 15 business days from the delivery of the package to its offices for national shipments and 30 days for international shipments.

11. Registration

To carry out and monitor purchases or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, you must register your personal data and choose a password to access restricted areas that require prior identification.
