Returns and Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this, we only ask you to notify us in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase and then, we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
ESPAI LACONTRA SL will accept all returns that are made within the specified period ( 14 business days from receipt of the product by the customer ) and provided in perfect condition. Once the product has been received, ESPAI LACONTRA SL will proceed to check its status before proceeding to refund the amount.
To meet the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding period expires.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to ESPAI LACONTRA SL (defective product or does not coincide with the purchased reference), ESPAI LACONTRA SL will be responsible for collecting the products and / or changing them for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.
In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to ESPAI LACONTRA SL, such as changes in color, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase , the customer must be in charge of sending us the products in perfect condition without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the products. In these cases, ESPAI LACONTRA SL will reimburse the customer for all payments received, except for shipping costs. Likewise, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the products.
ESPAI LACONTRA SL will proceed to make the refund within 15 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction. ESPAI LACONTRA SL reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
The way for the customer to make a change in size or for a completely different product, will be through a new purchase and a return and refund.
