    Worst service / have not received the shoes

    After 10 days I have not yet received the shoes. Customer service does not give me any indication on what the problem is, or when I should receive the shoes. I don’t advise to purchase at this store

    Hola Alvaro, Sentimos mucho los problemas que has tenido de logística. Quiero destacar que has comprado en el Marketplace Miravia (no a https://lacontraroom directamente) y en estos casos ellos se encargan de la logística. Nosotros preparamos el producto y lo entregamos a la empresa de mensajería GLS el mismo día 05/07 que llegó tu pedido. Seguro que lo recibirás en breve, pregunta por favor a Miravia que ellos pueden buscar con GLS el paquete. Atentamente !
